Hard Working Dads

--------

The Hex Hatch

A Fly-Fishing Outing

You work hard and you’re a good dad…

  • You know the frustration over trying to balance the demands of your work with your marriage and family.
  • You try your best to not get caught in the overtime cycle of isolating yourself in order to do more work so you can be with your family … only to find yourself even more isolated from the family.
  • You may feel that if you could successfully complete just that one extra project, then things would be different – but things are really never different.

Hard Working Dads is a life enhancing, fly-fishing outing coached by Tim Berry, Ph.D. Tim is a performance psychologist, life-strategy coach and licensed fly-fishing guide. He has helped organizations, businesses and individuals achieve higher productivity and performance success while encouraging greater personal fulfillment. He has helped countless dads enhance their work and family-life performance. Join Tim at this special Father’s Day Hard Working Dads outing. Not only will you learn three important dad-tools, you will also be able to learn them while fly-fishing in one of the most beautiful sites in California. Our outing is scheduled to coincide with the celebrated Hex Hatch on the Fall River. We will also fish the famed blue ribbon waters of Hat Creek. The three dad-tools are:

#1 Your Personal GPS (Great Parent Strategy) UnitModel 2008
#2 How to build self-esteem in today’s kids
#3 How to prosper with Life-Work Balance

What Others Are Saying About Our Weekends…

Paul Hoffman, CPA

This fly-fishing weekend with Tim Berry proved to be an excellent setting to recharge my batteries. Tim’s experience and easy communication style, combined with the beauty of the rivers and wildlife, helped bring to focus the most important elements of balancing my work demands, home responsibilities, and personal needs. I recommend a weekend with Tim Berry to anyone wrestling with how to make it all balance. And I can even fly-fish now!
