Managing Conflict

in your

Professional and Personal Life

A Leadership and Personal Growth Seminar

Have you ever wondered why it is always so hard to resolve a conflict with your boss, spouse, client, or friend? Ever wondered about the best techniques to get yourself in position for a win-win resolution? We may have just the answer you have been looking for – FLY FISHING! The strategy is simple: For most of the challenges you face in life, there are processes and techniques used in fly fishing which are directly applicable in conflict management. This workshop will help you see through the conflict issue, find the root cause, and work toward a positive resolution to the conflicts you face. Your time on the water fly fishing will serve as your lab site.

Tim Berry and Tom Scambilis of the Center for Positive Change are hosting a 3-day workshop on a variety of conflict management topics. The workshop is limited to ten people in order to assure quality. This training can help you be better prepared to overcome the challenges you face today in resolving your most complex interpersonal and professional conflict situations. Tom and Tim have a proven methodology and process to help make you a better communicator/negotiator, and improve your overall assertiveness toward resolving conflicts. We do this in three learning formats – Training, Team Activities, and Fly Fishing. No prior fishing experience is necessary.
