A Fly-Fishing Outing

--------

For Bosses Who Work Too Hard

You’re a good boss and you’re a good parent. But, do you ever:

  • Get frustrated over being accused of caring more about work than your marriage or your family?
  • Get caught in the overtime cycle of isolating yourself in order to do more work so you can be with your family … only to find yourself even more isolated from the family?
  • Feel that if you could successfully complete just that one extra project, then things would be different – but things are really never different?
  • Know the feeling when things are finally coming together with work, but then suddenly get blindsided by someone important to you shouting – I’ve had it, it’s over?

How many times have we all vowed to make an important life change? The Center for Positive Change knows that this outing can be a new beginning for you. Our August 29 – September 1 Labor Day jump-start increases your chances of making a successful transition into the kind of life you really want.

Searching for summer steelhead can be as elusive as searching for the kind of life-work balance for which you desire. The famous steelhead rivers on the west end of the Olympic Peninsula offer ideal settings for our training. Our extended weekend is strictly limited in size for maximum learning potential.

What Others Are Saying About Our Weekends…

Doug Walker, Senior VP Finance Beringer Blass NA

... Just a quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed and learned from the weekend. What a great experience! Not only did I come away with the confidence to fly fish (a personal goal) but I also have new thoughts and techniques on achieving a better balance between personal and work life.

I am a big believer in the necessity to get away, out of the day-to-day, to really be introspective and your program provides just that. The trip was a real treat and the accommodations and company great. I look forward to another opportunity. Thanks again.
